Research

Dr. Ji’s research focuses on marketing strategies, strategic management, marketing-finance interface and gambling customer behavior. His recent research includes gambling behavior among Chinese, and the associations between marketing factors and firm value in gambling companies, the development strategies of the gambling industry and economic diversification in Macao, and the trend of online gambling development. He has published some papers in top-tier journals of China, such as Management World, and Management Review. Numerous papers were published in the source journals of CSSCI (Chinese Social Science Citation Index), such as Foreign Economics & Management, Economic Management Journal, International Economics and Trade Research. He is also the leading researcher of some research projects supported by the National Science Foundation of China and by the Chinese Postdoctoral Science Foundation.
